Lexi Liddicoat Obituary, Stoughton, WI Death – Family Mourns Heartbreaking Loss of 22-Year-Old

The Stoughton, Wisconsin, community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Alexandra “Lexi” Samantha Liddicoat, who passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2026, at the age of 22. Her sudden passing has left her family, friends, coworkers, and countless others grieving the loss of a remarkable young woman whose kindness, compassion, and adventurous spirit touched every life she encountered.

Born on September 25, 2003, Lexi grew up in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School in 2022. During her school years, she was actively involved in 4-H, Girl Scouts, and the school band, developing the strong work ethic and caring nature that would define her life. After attending UW–River Falls, she discovered her passion as an electrician apprentice with 1901 Inc., where she proudly worked alongside her union brothers and sisters. She also served as an event security manager for UW and community events, earning the trust and respect of those around her through her leadership and dedication.

Lexi’s greatest passion was caring for animals. She treasured her dogs and cats, loved horses, and became a familiar face at Crest Haven Farm, where she had worked since she was just 16 years old. She enthusiastically participated in the Stoughton Fair, showing pigs and goats, and while attending UW–River Falls, she competed with the Western Show Team. She also enjoyed attending live music events, embracing every opportunity to create lasting memories with friends.

Her faith was an important part of her life. Raised at LakeView Church, Lexi participated in youth ministry, served as a camp counselor at Lake Waubesa Bible Camp, and took part in mission trips, always seeking opportunities to help others.

Friends remember Lexi for her accepting heart and gentle spirit. One friend shared that being around her meant never feeling judged—a reflection of the warmth and compassion she offered everyone she met. Her genuine smile, generous heart, and ability to make others feel welcome created friendships that will endure long after her passing.

Lexi is survived by her loving parents, Chad and Becky Liddicoat; her sisters, Ashley and Addison Liddicoat; her best friend, Tess Schenk; her grandparents, extended family, and countless friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at LakeView Church, 2200 Lincoln Avenue, Stoughton. Visitation will continue on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m.

Though her life ended far too soon, Alexandra “Lexi” Samantha Liddicoat leaves behind a legacy of kindness, faith, hard work, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and lovingly carried in the hearts of all who knew her.
